(ACD) Management Information System (MIS), Computer Attendant Position
(CAP) and customer administration tools all use Microsoft Windows
98,
Windows 2000 or NT, as does our full e-business call centre package,
the Flexicom EPICCenter, which provides
WEB chat, voice, and email routing. |

FlexiCom Voice Servers can talk to other FlexiCom's and even other
vendors PABXs in a network environment. The best part is the way the
FlexiCom can network over your data network (Voice over IP), using
on-board compression and without losing features between sites. It's
all on cards within the system. If you don't have a data network or
wish to keep your voice and data separate, the FlexiCom can also provide
voice over Frame Relay, ATM services or Microwave - in fact via virtually
any medium. |
