Our optional Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Management Information System (MIS), Computer Attendant Position (CAP) and customer administration tools all use Microsoft Windows 98,
Windows 2000 or NT, as does our full e-business call centre package, the Flexicom EPICCenter, which provides WEB chat, voice, and email routing.




Natural Networking
 
Using the internationally standardised Q-SIG protocol, FlexiCom Voice Servers can talk to other FlexiCom's and even other vendors PABXs in a network environment. The best part is the way the FlexiCom can network over your data network (Voice over IP), using on-board compression and without losing features between sites. It's all on cards within the system. If you don't have a data network or wish to keep your voice and data separate, the FlexiCom can also provide voice over Frame Relay, ATM services or Microwave - in fact via virtually any medium.
