New system installations
come with a 1-year manufacturer’s
parts only warranty.
In the warranty period, a maintenance plan is
offered to cover the labour component. This is obviously at a reduced
cost as the manufacturer covers parts.
After this period, a customer has the opportunity
to renew this contract with Voicedata Services and will receive
a renewal notice. Customers who have not dealt with Voicedata Services
before, or who have purchased the system from another company are
also welcome to enter a maintenance contract with us, (after the
initial service call and possibly a site audit.)
Our maintenance customers will receive:

- Discounts on hardware and cabling.
- Pre-approved credit limit for smaller item
orders with us.
- Coverage of Parts and Labour

When you enter into a "Voicedata PABX service
contract" you tell us how quickly you want us to respond, the
days and hours you want coverage and you can even differentiate
